Some Fequently Asked Questions;

 

 

  *How do I begin receiving service?

  You can sign up online or call us at (609)296-6900.We have no contracts with our customers. You can start

and end service as you please. We require your full name. address, phone number and how you want to pay.

When you sign up we will request a standing order.

 

   *What is a standing order?

   A standing order consists of the products you would like to receive on a regular basis. If no change in your

order ensues. We will automatically deliver your standing order on the next scheduled delivery day.

Your standing order can be once or twice a week. We deliver to (West creek,Tuckerton,Little egg harbor,area) on

Wedesday and Saturday. (Manahawkin,barnegat area) on Tuesday and Friday. 

 

   *How can I change my order?

   You can change your order by calling our office at (609)-296-6900 or change it online.Our voicemall is available

24 hours a day,7 days a week.Order changes must be made before 5:00 PM the day before delivery. Please

be sure to leave your Customer number,name,address and specify whether is temporary or permanent.

 

   * Where will my driver leave the milk?

    Our drivers start delivering at around 2:00 AM and usually finsh up around 8:00 AM. Your driver will put your

delivery inside your insulated milk box when they deliver to your home. You do not need to be home our awake

when they delivers.

 

  * Why do I need an insulated milk box?

   We require you to have an insulated milk box to protect the quality of our products from sunlight and temperature

change. Many people do not know that light causes a deterioration in the vitamin content of milk and may affect

the flavor. There is a $30.00 refundable milk box deposit. If you stop your service it will be refunded.

 

   * How much does a delivery cost?

    There is no delivery charge. See our products page for more pricing info.

 

   *What do I do if I'm going to be on vacation?

    If you're not going to be there for your scheduled delivery simply call us and tell us when you would like to stop

and when you would like to restart.

 

   * What happens on holidays?

    The only days we don't deliver are Thanksgiving,Christmas' and New Years Day. All other holidays are

delivery as normal. If you are going to be away for particular holiday follow the vacation procedure.

 

   * How do I pay?

      Billing is done weekly. Invoice will be put in milk box on your delivery day. 

    You can make your payment by mail or leave your payment in your milk box on next delivery day.
